All refunds for returned merchandise are issued in the form of a store credit (no refund will be given). Please read the following policies, by purchasing from The Pump Bar Shoetique you accept these terms and conditions.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 21 days of original shipment date.
- PLEASE NOTE – Returns that are received after these periods or those ineligible for return per our criteria will not be accepted. If you would like to have the merchandise back that you sent us back past the return date, you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked, clean, and in brand new condition.
- Final sale items cannot be returned. The following items are final sale items: jewelry, accessories, hats/scarves, handbags/clutches, sunglasses, belts, and hosiery. All sale items are final sale.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box undamaged and postage free. Therefore, please package the shoe box inside of another box or other protective packaging.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of package. Refunds are issued back as a store credit only. Due to the possible unavailability of limited quantities, we do not process exchanges (new orders will need to be placed for a different item).
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Your store credit (minus the restocking fee) will arrive via email to the email associated with your PayPal transaction.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable and at your expense. We only pay shipping on returns we wrongfully shipped to you not matching your order (please notify us within 1 day of receipt of goods).
- We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the return condition. Items that do not match the above criteria are subject to denial.
- Please consider delivery confirmation and/or shipping insurance to your return package, as The Pump Bar Shoetique is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. We recommend noting your tracking # (if available) for your reference so that you can monitor delivery status.
How to Make a Return:
1) Review our criteria above to determine if your package is eligible. Email us with your concern at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form on our Contact page. Allow 2-3 days for review on any returns request.
2) Upon authorization of your return request, we will issue you an authorization # along with a return address in an email with a product return form attached for you to complete. You must submit the return form and original invoice with your return package.
3) Return your item(s) to the address provided in the email. Remember, the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Always keep records for your own protection.
